After choosing a package, a time and schedule is set up with a trainer. Sessions are 45min – 1hr and one-on-one. The trainer demonstrates before each exercise and then corrects the form of the member. A program is created to fit that individuals goals and needs.

The reason we set goals under these categories is for you to know what to expect and when you can expect it. We get to know you, your fitness level and history, and your expectations before we set these goal standards with you. It is important to understand that each person is different, with different goals and different progression rates. Some people are able to lose weight or gain muscle faster than others depending on their genetic and biological make up but with goal setting, the SMART way, we can still get you to the look you desire.
